Weekend Manager(s): Saturdays and Sundays with weekday shifts also available

 

We are looking for managers to run the Café on Saturdays and Sundays. You will be in charge of a team of 4 - 5 others, and it will be your job to ensure a smooth-running service overseeing and participating in all elements of the café service. 

 

You need to be calm under pressure as well as energetic, enthusiastic, coffee-loving and friendly. A knowledge of food prep is preferable but not essential as full training will be given. What we are looking for is passion!  

 

We want to see motivation, initiative and a desire for The Borough Café to be the best, working at pace and under pressure. The ideal person should be able to communicate easily, be prepared to listen, to create a sense of fun, and to help and support others.

 

We want helpful, charming people who go out of their way to provide a service. We will aim to pay as much as we can, not as little.
